1) ALL WORK MUST COMpLy W|TH 201s TNTERNATTONAL BUILDING CODE (lBC) AND
ENGINEER OF RECORDS SOIL EVALUATION AND STRUCTURAL REPAIR PLAN.
2l TH|S PERMtT tS TSSUED FOR FOUNDATION REPAIRS ONLY. ADDITIONAL REPAIRS TO THE
COMMERCIAL BUILDING STRUCTURE - IF DEEMED NECESSARY - MAY REQUIRE A
SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT. IF ADDITIONAL STRUfiURAL DEFICIENCIES ARE
ENCOUNTERED DURING FOUNDATION REPAIR WORK, THEN A SUBSEQUENT
EVALUATION AND STRUCTURAL DETAILS MAY BE DEEMED NECESSARY FROM THE
ENGINEER OF RECORD.
3) ENGTNEER OF RECORD SHALL FIELD VERIFY INSTALLATION OF 8 Push Piers along north
foundation and 6 Push Piers along east foundation. ENGINEER'S STAMPED APPROVAL
REPORT IS REQUIRED AT BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION.
4) tF GAS METER tS DTSCONNECTED, A GAS PIPE PRESSURE TEST AND INSPECTION MAY BE
REQUIRED FOR METER RECONNECTION.
5) FTNAL BUtLDING tNSpEgnON BY GARflELD COUNTY BUILDING DEPT lS REQUIRED AFTER
COMPLETION OF FOUNDATION REPAIRS.
