I am currently reviewíng your residential remodel at 509L CR 300, Parachute.
On the rear elevation drawing, I understand some exterior doors and windows shall remain and the 16 x
L8 section will extend for use as a 4- season porch'
I want to verify via emaí|, the room use(s) served on the habitable livÍng side of the existing home at this
location?
ls the 4-season porch an extension beyond a dining room? Family living room? Or other common
use(s)?
Am I correct, in the presumption the 4-season porch addítion is notadjacentto an existing bedroom?
Just double-checking to ensure the porch enclosure does not negate requíred use and function of an
emergency escape openíng for a bedroom....
