GARAGE ONLYACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE, ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN
BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING
PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING
REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE
