The Pinyon Mesa Design Review board has reviewed the deck drawings and sent on 4-1-2022
for compliance with the Design Guidelines.
The design is approved with the following conditions:
1. Increase column size of dining deck to 6x6 to match existing columns of deck off rear.
2. It is highly recommended that 2x2 purlins be metal or other fiberglass. Wood of that
dimension will not be durable in that location.
