This morning Jim Wilson, GarCo building inspector, was asked by someone at the job site f they could have permission to modify the shallow foundation insulation design for your proposed building(s)? Are you made aware of this? From cell phone call from Jim, he directed the contractor on site - f they are to request changes or amendments to the foundation details to obtain the Engíneer of Record's approval for changes. I am gathering this job site will continue to have 3'd party input or oversight and l'm concerned whether this new request from the field reflects all parties i.e. (SCIB LLC) owner / owner representative and/or third party oversight or íntent? Wanted you as owner representatíve to be aware of this. lf you haven't directed this design change, please collaborate with the 3'd party inspector / engineer of record and subcontractors to ensure everyone's on the same page with construction moving forward. 1 6948 lnsulation 6949 lnsulation Have a good dayl Colleen Wírth Plans Examiner Gadield County Building Dlvlslon 108 8th Street, Suite 401 Glenwood Springs, CO 8160L cwirth @sarfield-cou ntv. com office (970) 945-t377 ext. 1610 SSriverwnr't¡ 11r¡reruü$ta GlenwoodSprings 987-35t?
