I hereby certify that I have read thls Application and that the informåtiof contained above ls true and correct. I
understand that the Building Division accepts the Appllcation, alonB wlth the plans and speclfications and other
data submitted by me or on my behalf {submittals}, based upon my certlfication as to accuracy, Assuming
completeness of the subntittals and approval of this Applicatlon, a Euildlng Permit will be issued granilng
permission to me, äs Owner, to conslruct the structure{s) and facilities detailed on the submittals reviewed by the
Euilding Þivision. ln consideration of the issuance of the Building Permit, I egree that I and my agents will comply
wlth provisions of any federal, state or local law regulatlng the work and the Garfíeld County Buildìng Code, OWTS
regulåt¡ons ånd applicable land use regulations (County Regulatlon(s)1, I acknowledge thät thë Building permit
may be suspended or revokedf upon notlce from the county, ¡f lhe locâtion¡ construct¡on or use of the structure(s)
and facility(ies), described above, Are not in compliance with County gegulatlon(s) nr ðny other åpplicable law.
I hereby grant permisslon to lhe Euilding Divislon to entèr the property, described above, to inspect the work. I
further acknowledge that the issuance of the Euilding Permit does not prevent the Building offìcial fromr (L)
requirlng the correction of errors in the suhmlttals, if any, discovered after issuance; or (2) stopping constructlon
or use of the structure{s} or faciÍity(ies) íf such is in violatlon of County Regulation(s} or any other applicable law.
Review of this Applicatlon, including submittals, and lnspections of the work by the Building Division do not
constitute ân acceptance of responsibility or liabíllty by the county of errors, omisslons or dlscrepancles. As the
Owner, I acknowledge that responslbility for compliance with federal, statê and local laws and County Regulations
rest wlth me and my âuthôri?ed ägents, includ¡ng without limitation my architect designer, englneer and/ or
builder.
