Worthen 524 County Road 259 Silt, CO 81652 Via email: jklineman44@yahoo.ncom Subject: Final Acceptance Letter Huber/Worthen Residence 524 County Road 259 Silt, CO 81652 OWTS Permit #: SEPT-7421 May 3, 2022 Jeff, On April 22, 2022, we visited the Huber/Worthen Residence at 524 County Road 259 near Silt in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-7421. At the time of our site visit, the owner had installed the new sewer line, the new poly 1,500-gallon two-compartment septic tank and 500-gallon single-compartment pump chamber with a siphon, the new effluent line, and the gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tank, pump chamber, and distribution box were installed level with access brought to grade. An effluent filter had been installed in the outlet tee of the septic tank after our site visit. The trenches were level, with 4-feet between the trenches. The STA consisted of two trenches of 10 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per trench and four trenches of 9 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per trench (56 total chambers, 672 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. Please submit an As-built drawing of the system when available. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
