OWTS Permit #: SEPT-7264

Howard,
On May 3, 2022, we visited the Haftel Residence at 351 CR 167 near Glenwood Springs
in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS STA remodel pursuant to OWTS Permit #
SEPT-7264. At the time of our site visit, the owner had installed the new effluent line, the post-
septic cleanout, and the gravelless chamber trenches. The STA consisted of one bed with 3
rows of 6 Arc 36 chambers per trench (21 total chambers, 270 ft 2 total STA). Additionally,
inspection ports were present at each corner of the bed. In our opinion, this system was
installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. Please submit an As-
built drawing of the system when available. No further action or review from Garfield County
Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
Thank you,
