He will be returning the 2nd submittal set around noon tomorrow. Dave Argo's original revíew set is settíng on the CBO desk. Unfortunately, the pending issues (easements etc) are above and beyond my area of expertise and role as a plans examiner. I won't be able to work further on this MAJOR GRADING application. JVA has addressed most comments but propose to provide easement information in as-builts or in engineering plans to be provided later. The issue with this is that the proposed alignment and utilities would trespass on other private property. Wíthout some easements or commitments from these Owners to provide these easements, the grading permit would not be approvable. Short of providing recorded dedicated easements, lt may be worthwhíle to involve the County Attorney to determine what would be an acceptable proof of permission from these impacted owners. Unfortunately, I do not have an estimated timetable to offer on how soon we will be able to respond and process Lot 52 Grading Permit. The CBO position has not been filled, and we are sortíng through workflows now. l'll communicate with internal teammates and our Department Head to determine who will be assigned to complete the case moving forward.
