Courtesy Message: we began review of your driveway grading application on Lot L2 today. Given the scope of
work and requirements of Cerise Ranch Phase l-, Plat Notes 10 and 11, our Chief Building Official, Dave Argo,
has determined a special reviewof the plans bythe County's designated civil engineerwill be needed. We
will now contact the civil engineer to perform Garfield County's technical review and appreciate your patience
during our review period. Gíven this upcoming holiday week, we do not anticipate review will be complete in
3 days or less. We will contact you once comments or approvals are completed.
