The shop/garage will only be used by us. There wíll be no electric powêr, no hvac, no heating or radiant heat.

Have just a couple of questions:
j.. W¡ll the garage / shop be utilized for private use by the owners / occupants of the main residence?
2. And NOT as a place of employment, tenant rental or commercial building structure use?
3. Will the garage have electric power supplied to the buílding?
4. will the garage have any HVAC, mechanical equipment or heating installed?
5. Will the garage slab have infloor radiant heat tubing installed?
