Totally understand and respect your workload and timeline. I have one specific questíon for you. Our permit falls under the Existing Structure Permit guidelines. Three new windows replace existing ones on East wall, and will be spaced evenly in the wall. All eliminated windows and one eliminated door will be reframed with L6" O.C wall studs. All other windows are samê locatlons and relatlve sizes. There is a note in plans that refers to typical header asS tfT" LVL(2), king studs, trimmers, cripplers, but they are not drawn. Will you accept the note on plans that refers to header specs, or do I need to have them drawn? 3 The plans were pro bono workfor the Land Trust, and I just wanted to ask you before I asked for another gift from him! Also want to make sure you have what you need before you begin review.
