As the parcel appears to have 3 single family residences on it now, I want to be certain l'm reviewing the correct site and
correct structure.

efficient to complicate in pre- review with added conversation and discussions at this early stage. Let me get to your

Colleen,
Grateful for the email. Totally understand and respect your workload and timeline. I have one specific
questíon for you. Our permit falls under the Existing Structure Permit guidelines. Three new windows replace
existing ones on East wall, and will be spaced evenly in the wall. All eliminated windows and one eliminated
door will be reframed with L6" O.C wall studs. All other windows are samê locatlons and relatlve sizes. There
is a note in plans that refers to typical header asS tfT" LVL(2), king studs, trimmers, cripplers, but they are not
drawn.
Will you accept the note on plans that refers to header specs, or do I need to have them drawn?

The plans were pro bono workfor the Land Trust, and I just wanted to ask you before I asked for another gift
from him! Also want to make sure you have what you need before you begin review.

permits for new homes receipted on April LL and have a further 20+ building plans to begin review on prior to reaching
today's receipted projects. Please know that I will diligently review the project for Aspen Valley Land Trust and will not
hesitate to contact you when I have questions or need further information.
