FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4\ WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE M|ÏIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OpEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUIRED AT FOOTING TNSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. 1500 psf
ó) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTTF|CATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, lS
REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE _ INCLUDING ROOF
OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS _ IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM
SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS.
7) ALL HtcH STRENGTH BOLTTNG AND FTELD WELDING REOUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR.
PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
B) cENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE NO CONSTRUCTION PARKING / STAGING AREA
OVER THE EXISTING SEPTIC TANK & LEACH FIELD AREA.
9) BUtLD|NG WAS REVTEWED AS A PR|VATE USE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO THE MAIN
RESIDENCE, PRESUMED TO BE FOR PRIVATE BARN AND LIVESTOCK USE BY THE PROPERry
OWNERS. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, MAY FIRST BE
SUBJECT TO NEW BUILDING APPLICATION AND/OR LAND USE CHANGE PERMITS AND
FULL REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING AND LAND USE CODES IN EFFECT AT
TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
