ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MlTlcATloN REOUIREMENTS: COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) PRE FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER HAS DESIGNED FOUNDATION SYSTEM AT
1,500 PSF SOIL BEARING.
7) ON-StrE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S
FINAL REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC HEATH PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
8) SCOPE OF WORK DESCRTBES AN UNFTNTSHED BASEMENT. SEE PLAN ATTACHMENT PAGE
9 AND ALL STAMPS ON BASEMENT PLAN A-101 FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTION. A SEPARAÏE
PERMIT IS REOUIRED TO FINISH UNFINISHED BASEMENT.
