FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) pRE FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER HAS DESIGNED FOUNDATION SYSTEM AT
2,OOO PSF SOIL BEARING.
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIF|CATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, lS
REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF
OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM
SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE REOUIREMENÏS.
8) ALL HtcH STRENGTH BOLT|Nc AND FTELD WELDING REOUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR.
PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMINC INSPECTION.
