FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MlTlcATloN REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICÏ.
5) pRE FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. 15OO PSF INCLUDING COMPACTION TESTING FROM GEOTECH.
7) AN ELEVATTON SURVEY, SELAED BY COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, lS
REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUILT ROOFS COMPLY WITH
BUILDING HEIGHT LIMITATIONS AS DEFINED IN THE GARFIELD COUNTY LAND USE
DEVELOPMENT CODE / SUNLIGHT II PUD GUIDE.
