DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) pRE FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION. VERIFY ON-SITE TRUSS CONDIÏIONS

7) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S
FINAL REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC HEATH PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIF]CATE OF OCCUPANCY.
B) THIS PERMIT FOR RESIDENTIAL REMODEL WAS REVIEWED AS AN EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY
DWELLING FOR OCCUPANCY BYTHE CARETAKER / RANCH MANAGER. THE RESIDENCE
SHALL REMAIN UNDER SUPERVISION / OVERSIGHT AND CONTROL BY THE CAREÏAKER(S).
PLANS WERE REVIEWED UNDER THE2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE AS A ONE-
FAMILY DWELLING.
