A review of the plans for the Garco Premier Hangars - Tally Ho Construction for
the International Building Code (IBC) 2015 requirements was performed at a level
customary to the trade. Except for the Plan Review Comments List, which should be
resolved prior to issuing the Building Permit, and the Plans Analysis and General Conditions
of Permit which are expected to be field enforced, general IBC 2015 compliance was found
for the Garco Premier Hangars - Tally Ho Construction , Garfield County, CO
The architectural and building structural plans are stamped by an engineer licensed
in the state of Colorado.
The foundation plans and structural plans re stamped by an engineer licensed in the
state of Colorado. A spot check review of the stamped plans noted above was performed by
Cadfish LLC only, a detailed review was not, as the foundation and structural plans are
stamped by an engineer licensed in the state of Colorado, which is in conformance with the
Garfield County Building Department policies and procedures.
No MEP Plans are provided. A detailed review of the MEP plans was not performed
by Cadfish LLC. Field review of the Mechanical and Plumbing installations will be provided
at the time of inspection by the Garfield County Field Inspectors ,which is in conformance
with Garfield County Building Department policies and procedures. Notes calling for general
compliance with these codes are included. Electrical plans and installations are reviewed
and approved by the State of Colorado Electrical Inspector and were not reviewed by
Cadfish LLC which is in conformance with the Garfield County Building Department policies
and procedures.
A detailed review of the plans for was not performed by Cadfish LLC for the
International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) as adopted by Garfield County. A spot check
review only of the plans was performed by Cadfish LLC for IECC compliance. General notes
calling for IECC compliance are included in the permit conditions.
Attached are the Plan Review Correction List and IBC 2015 Code Analysis and
Conditions of Permit so the Building Permit can be issued upon approval of the response
by the project design professionals to the Plan Review Comments List and approval of all
applicable Garfield County Departments reviewing the project.
