FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MlTlcATloN REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICÏ.
5) PRE FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
tNSPECïtON.

CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORÏ TO ÏHE

7) ON-S|TE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECÏED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S
FINAL REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC HEATH PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

Form), SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, lS REOUIRED PRIOR
TO FRAME INSPECTION. THIS CERTIFICATE SHALLVERIFYTHAT FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION
IS A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES ABOVE FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION.
9) CONDITION OF PERMIT: ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY THAT CHANGES THE BASIC
CHARACTER OR TOPOGRAPHY OF THE NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE 1OO-YEAR
FLOODPLAIN MUST FIRST OBTAIN A "FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT" THROUGH
GARFIELD COUNTY'S PLANNING DEPÏ.
