To summarize:
r Grenier's had noticed worsening of cracking in the southwest laundry roomr Grenier's had noticed the cracks in the garage in this area had stayed the same¡ Grenier's didn't report cracking anywhere erse beside the raundry room,
Knott's observations and comparing to our 2020 photographs:¡ The crack in the raundry/kitchen wail had been present in zl2obut had worsened.¡ The crack above the laundry wíndow had been present in 202abut had worsened.¡ The cracks in the garage wail had been present in 2020 and were the same.¡ The comparison of the elevation surveys showed the southwest corner at the laundry room was

than2020.¡ The elevation survey showed the remainder of the kitchen/dining areas had not effectivery changed since 2020and were within the tolerance of the zip level.r ln the crawlspace' there was a crack/separation in the footing and stemwall near the southwest cornerof thestemwall corner beneath the laundry room.o This is likely historic because recent movement of this magnitude wourd rikely generate much moreinterior distress above, whích was not the case.
Knott's preliminary findings on the cause of the laundry room cracking:o The southwest corner of the laundry room as settled downwards 0.3,inches since Decemb er 2020.' nä:tilï,l|:iîtt n pier 24 and 25 below the laundrv room is rerativery unsupporred consideríns the
¡ piers in this region (24,25, 261 may have slipped/shifted slÍghtly.r No Ìndication of heaving soils.
Knott's preliminary conceptual recommendations¡ Add (1) pier on the south wall at the SW corner below the laundry room (between 24 and 25, at the corner ofsouth wall)¡ Also' either re-pressurize píers 25 and 26 oR add an addítional pier on the crawlspace side opposite of 25 to re-lift this region.
