Condition øf Permìt:
Any construction actívity that changes the basic charocter or topography
of the nøtural land located in the LoA-year floodplain must fírst obtain a
"Floodploin Deve\opment Permit" through 6orfíe\d County's Planning Dept.
Floodplain Elevation Certificate:
A Floodplain Elevation Certificate {FEMA Form), sealed by a Colorado Professional Licensed
Surveyor, is required prior to frame inspection. This certificate shall verify that finish floor
elevation is a minimum of 12 inches above floodplain elevation'
