ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICÏ.
5) pRE FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION. Site elevation exceeds 7,000 ft. Structural Engineer specifies 50 PSF Roof
snowload.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING TNSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER HAS DESIGNED FOUNDATION SYSTEM AT
2,OOO PSF SOIL BEARING.
7) AN ELEVATTON SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR,
IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUILT ROOFS COMPLY WITH
GARFIELD COUNTY'S 25-FT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE
DEVELOPMENT CODE (POLICY GUDE ATTACHED).
B) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S
FINAL REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC HEATH PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
9) OWNER BUTLDER SHALL REFERENCE THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION 2007-07 RECEPTION
NUMBER 716952 FOR FIRE SPRINKLER REOUIREMENTS. OWNER IS ENCOURAGED TO
CONTACT THE CARBONDALE & RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICTS AND A OUALIFIED
FIRE SPRINKLER INSTALLER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALL FIRE SPRINKLER PERMITS,
SPRINKLER PLAN REVIEWS, ROUGH-IN AND FINAL INSPECTIONS ARE ADMINISTERED
DIRECTLY BY THE FIRE DISTRICT. ROUGH-IN SPRINKLER APPROVAL IS REOUIRED PRIOR TO
SCHEDULING A FRAMING INSPECTION. FINAL SPRINKLER APPROVAL IS REOUIRED PRIOR
TO SCHEDULING A BUILDING FINAL / CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
