FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: CoMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) pRE FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORÏ TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER HAS DESIGNED FOUNDATION SYSTEM AT
3,OOO PSF SOIL BEARING.
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFTCATE, SEALED BYA COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, lS
REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF
OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM
SETBACKS AND/OR BU I LDI NG ENVELOPE REOU I REM ENTS.
B) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR,
IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUILT ROOFS COMPLY WITH THE
z5-FOOT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE
AND/OR ASPEN GLEN PUD GUIDE.
