1. 1 am over the age of 18 and am a resident of the State of Colorado. I have personal
knowledge of the facts herein, and, If called as a witness, could testify completely
thereto.

3. The downstairs suite in our home located at 605 Lions Ridge Rd, Carbondale, CO 81623
will not be used as an ADU, but rather is being set up for the care of our extended
family.
