5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRTOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR, PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. 2,500 PSF

SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
¡NCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
