RE: Lot-62 framing.

This letter is to be forwarded to the Garfield County Community Development Department.
At the floor framing of the upper level the non-load bearing wall is off to one side of the LVL
Beam in the floor framing. The plywood extends over the LVL beam, and the wall has pressure
blocking off the LVL beam. As this is a non-load bearing wall this condition as seen in the below
picture works structurally.
