RE: Retaining Wall Conformance
Lots 260 - 265, Ironbridge
Garfield County, Colorado
To Whom It May Concern:
The following is in regard to the retaining wall for the single-family homes at Ironbridge, Lots 260 - 265.
Conformance of the segmental block retaining wall is based on inspection reports and photos prepared by
Big K Services from 4/15/2022 – 6/25/2022, and compaction test results prepared by Kumar & Associates
from 4/20/2022 – 5/13/2022.
Based on the information provided, it appears the retaining wall is in general conformance with the
Retaining Wall Design prepared by Nelson Design, dated January 29, 2022.
