To whom it may concern:
Please accept this letter as a confirmation that I have inspected the construction at the
address above for plan compliance. I made a final walkthrough of the residence on August 16,
2022. Peter Stewart of Stewart Builders and Michael Fuller of Fuller Architects were both
present. The construction did not vary from the plans in a magnitude that requires any additional
documentation with exception to the chimney cap modification that is attached to this letter.
During a prior site observation, I noted a few items that had not been completed and I
confirmed several framing layout situations. All of these conditions have been either completed
or already met code structural requirements.
