1) ALL WORK SHALL COMply WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENT]AL CODE
(r.R.c.)AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (l.E.C.C.)
2) PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ¡TEMS CONTAINED
IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNry BUILDING REOUIREMENTS". NUMBER
REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNG AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING, IF ANY PERTAIN, REOUIRES
SPECIAL INSPECTOR. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.

UNCONDITIONED, UNHEATED (PRIVATE USE ONLY GARAGE)ACCESSORY TO THE
RESIDENCE. FUTURE CHANGES IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR LAND USE ARE
SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT AND FURTHER REVIEW FOR ZONING, LAND
USE AND/OR BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
