On August 29, 2022, we visited the residence under construction at 1090 County Road 210 near
Rifle in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT‐
6664. At the time of our site visit, the owner had installed the new sewer line, the new cleanout
adjacent to the residence, the new 1,250‐gallon two‐compartment septic tank, the new effluent line, the
new distribution box, and the eight gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tank and distribution box
were installed level, with access brought to grade. The chamber trenches were level, with 20 Infiltrator
Quick4 chambers per trench (160 chambers total, 1,920 ft2). Additionally, inspection ports were present
at each end of each trench. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with
Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental
Health is required regarding this permit. Please provide an As‐Built drawing of the system, when
available, for our files.

El 29 de agosto de 2022, visitamos la residencia en construcción en 1090 County Road 210 cerca
de Rifle en el condado de Garfield, Colorado, para observar la instalación de OWTS deacuerdo con el
permiso OWTS # SEPT‐6664. En el momento de nuestra visita al sitio, el propietario había instalado la
nueva línea de alcantarillado, el nuevo conducto de limpieza a la residencia, el nuevo tanque séptico de
dos compartimentos de 1,250 galones, la nueva línea de efluentes, la nueva caja de distribución y los
ocho pozos sin grava. La fosa séptica y la caja de distribución se instalaron a nivel, con acceso a nivel. Las
trincheras de las cámaras estaban niveladas, con 20 cámaras infiltradas Quick4 por trinchera (160
cámaras en total, 1920 pies2). Adicionalmente, los puertos de inspección estaban presentes en cada
extremo de trinchera. En nuestra opinión, este sistema se instaló en conformidad general con las
Regulaciones OWTS del Condado de Garfield. No se requiere ninguna acción o revisión adicional por
parte de Salud Ambiental del Condado de Garfield con respecto a este permiso. Proporcione un plano
de construcción del sistema, cuando esté disponible, para nuestros archivos.
