Touching Base - lronbridge Lot 39, 258 Blue Heron Dr, BLRE-08-22-7725Hello Luke,As Sam lrmen mentioned earliertoday, l'm taking an advance look at all of yourAugust building submíttals appearíng in my reviewqueue for IRONBRIDGË.For house plans on Lot 39, 258 Blue Heron Drive .... l'm being careful in my review of the West side lot with the attached garagelayout.Here's mv ouestion:When l'm looking at Sheet L sandlin Services stamped page dated 7 /72/2022, does this site grading plan (for lot 39) include orexclude the building roof overhangs?As I look at Sandlin sheet l'm unclear if the drawing intends to show the outlíne of the buílding to exterior face of walls?
