ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 1.500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry.
ó) ENGTNEER SHALL BE ONSTTE DURTNG MICROPILE INSTALLATION. PROVIDE
ENGINEERS APPROVAL REPORT AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION.
7) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS -- IS WHOLLY
CONTAINED W]THIN LOT 283 PROPERTY BOUNDARIES.
8) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
