ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 1.500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT.
ó) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO, PROVIDE
ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNry PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT PRIOR TO
SCHEDULING FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
8) ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY THAT CHANGES THE BASIC CHARACTER OR
TOPOGRAPHY OF THE NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE 1OO-YEAR FLOODPLAIN
MUST FIRST OBTAIN A'FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT'THROUGH GARFIELD
