and (1) FTELD COPY for you to keep at the job site for all future building inspections. ln viewing the AMENDED
architectural plan page A-L02 with building inspector Matt Provost, we request to clarify:
1.. A-t12stíll shows a crawl space access door and crawl space label north of the exercise room, is that
correct? Are you eliminating the crawl space? Or installing a full basement height crawl space? Unclear on
the architectural changes as there is no 'clouding' on the plans.
2. Matt suggests further clarification on plans for the basement floor plan. Are you AMENDED plans to have a fully
unfinished basement? Or are you finishing all areas of the basement? Or perhaps planning to partítion off the
finished occupied portion of the basement, from a future unfinished unoccupied basement space?
