This email communicates the High Aspen Ranch Homeowners Association Design Review Committee's response to the
submittal of September 8,2022, for the Final Design Review for High Aspen Ranch Lot 31 Office/Garage/Ranch Manager
Residence Project. The design, finishes, positioning, and site plan are acceptable to the High Aspen Ranch Homeowners
Association Design Review Committee.
As before, your contractors must submit insurance certificates and adhere to the HAR construction rules and regulations.
