AS-BUILT CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE
Onsite Wastewater Treatment System

The referenced new onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) was inspected September 13,
2022. At the time of inspection, the OWTS leachfield(s) were installed using ADS ARC 36 LP
(low profile) chamber units instead of the Standard Infiltrator Plus Quick4 units specified in the
July 2021 OWTS design report. A total of seventy-two (72) ADS chamber units were used in
the two beds configured with four (4) rows each with nine (9) ARC36LP units, 36 units in each
bed. Using the allowable square feet per chamber of 15 ft2, a total of 67.2 chamber units were
required to match the capacity of the total proposed Quick4 Infiltrator units. The net result of
using the ADS chamber units rather than Infiltrator units, is approximately 72 ft2 more capacity
