Dear Ted,
The purpose of this letter is to follow up a site inspection performed yesterday on the Venzor OWTS at 41 CR 211,
Rifle, Colorado. Based upon our observations, it appears that the OWTS has been installed in general
conformance with our report and drawings of November 23, 2020. Note that in those drawings there was a
discrepancy noted in the length of the trenches. While our calculations and narrative noted that the trenches
were to be 20 Quick4 units long (ie., 80’), the call out on the trenches identified 22 units or 88’. Review of our
report and calculations confirm that the 80’ length and 20-unit provision is correct.
Based upon our site observations, the drawing (noting the 80’ trench lengths) is accurate as an as-built map for
this OWTS.
