Hello all,
Uriel requested that we provide an alternate foundation design for a crawl space to replace the walk-out basement design.
We issued those foundation and main floor framing drawings on July 11,2422.
The design is based on the original roof framing plan as produced by sGM.
I recommencl that our office serve as the engineer of record for the entire project, and that our office review shop drawings
from the truss manufacturer.

Eariy lhis morning I began review of a change order dated July 13, 2A22 $rom hand rendered unstamped foundation and
traming plans) wiih tne cfrange order work scope "to delete unfinished basement and create a crawf space
instead.'; lnquiries to SGM, the stamped engineer for the original design indicated SGM representatives were unaware
of July 13,2022 design changes.
Concr¡rrent with my effort, fulatt Provost, building tnspector was called to the job site this rnorrtittg fot foutirig irtspectiott
work where it became apparent the as-built construction did not match plan drawings and the foundation contractor had a
different set of plans.

signed in writing from Brian and the propeüy owner. We will also need to administratively update E.O.R. contâct
information for BLRE-06-22-757A records. Should therc be any structural conections requested at fourrdation or framing
inspections, we hope to avoid confusion who is,stamping drawings and approving changes.
Right now. I have two different versions of REVISED plans, I ask to confirm this before I continue the review
