General Remarks:
As requested, we made a site visit to observe conditions exposed in the foundation excavation. The excavation was complete
and the contractor was not on site at the time of our visit. A 4 to 6inch thickness of aggregate base course was placed as a
leveling course. The bottom of the excavation or the placement of the aggregate base course placed as fine grading was not
observed by CTL|Thompson.Inc. Subsurface conditions exposed were as anticipated and are suitable for placement of
footings.
