I arrived on-site as scheduled and made contact with Buck (Mears Group) to discuss plan of the day. Buck and I
discussed 2 areas that were reworked on the GC and Control Building Pads. Both areas were retested for
moisture density. All results appeared to be within project specifications. I reported results to Cody (Mears
Operator).

I observed scarifying, moisture conditioning, and recompaction of the on-site native soils in an excavated area
prior to the placement of fill material for the Instrument Air Building. I performed moisture density testing on
structural fill, all results appeared to be within project specification. See my SDR for details.
Discussiosn were had with Mears Group regarding concrete and earthwork schedule for the next day. I sent a
copy of my SDR to Buck prior to leaving site.
