B) ON.SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S
FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
9) AN ELEVATTON SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR,
IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUtLT ROOFS COMPLY WITH
GARFIELD COUNTY'S 2s-FOOT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE
DEVELOPMENT CODE.
1O) NEW SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING WITH ATTACHED GARAGE IS REPRESEN¡TED FOR SOLE
OCCUPANCY AND UNDER WHOLE SUPERVISION OF THE RANCH MANAGER, AND
THEREFORE APPROVED AS A SINGLE.UNIT DWELLING UNDER THE CURRENTLY ADOPTED
201s TNTERNATTONAL RESTDENTTAL CODE (rRC). ANY FUTURE CHANGE lN BUILDING
OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING
CODES IN EFFECT AI TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
