ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT, 5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION 3,000 PSF ó) ALL HlcH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING, if any pertains, REOUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION, 7) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAMING INSPECTION. 8) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, 9) DETACHED SHOP GARAGE OFFICE IS REPRESENTED FOR SOLE OCCUPANCY AND UNDER WHOLE SUPERVISION OF THE RANCH MANAGER, AND THEREFORE DEEMED ACCESSORY TO THE RANCH MANAGER'S HOUSE. STRUCTURE REVIEWED AS AN ACCESSORY BUILDING UNDER THE ADOPTED 2015 IRC. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK. 10) SHEET A-3.ó FLOOR PLAN MUST "DELETE" OR OTHERWISE REMOVE "SHOWER" AMENITIES FROM THE BATH IN ACCORDANCE WITH GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING RESOLUTION, PAGE 10, ITEM a.
