We have reviewed the framing for the Eshelman Barn located at 178 Blue Heron Lane in
Carbondale, Colorado. Aside from the new TS4x4x1/4 columns required at the deck (shown on
the plans dated and stamped 10/20/2022) all other structural comments and concerns have been
addressed.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or need anything else after your final framing
inspection.
