4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. COMPLY WITH DETAILS ON A,1OOD
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 2.000 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry, PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT.
ó) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES, HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) ENTREry OF STRUCTURE SHALL BE LOCATED INSIDE THE PLATTED BUILDING
ENVELOPE. AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT
CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR,
VERIFYING THAT THE STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND
OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH GARFIELD COUNryS BUILDING
ENVELOPE REOUIREM ENTS.
