The size of the loft wíll be 8'wide by 16' long. lt will be used for storage only. lt will be framed wíth 2xg's on L6" center and sheeted with 3/4 plywood as stated the loft will be framed per storage loft notes on the prints. The house is on its own septic system. As of right now the house is a 3 bedroom and we want to convert ít to a 2 bedroom and 3 bath.
