RE: Fire Flows for Callicotte Ranch Subdivision
Dear Andy:
The Fire District recently tested the fire flows at the Callicotte Ranch Subdivision. The æst
results indicate that the water system is capable of providing flows of 2,(XX) gallons per minuûe
throughout the subdivision. Based on the results, single family dwellings of T¡pe V-B
construction, with fire a¡eas ofÁ?QQ ¡ggglg&et or less may be constructed in the subdivision
without automatic fire sprinkler systems. This is consistent with Appendix B of the International
Fire Code, 2009 edition, adopted by Garfield County.
