As the architectural sheets are good to include PROPOSED labels but silent on "existing" elements of the buílding, I have a few questions to make sure we are understandíng the work scope accurately. As follows: 1. Sheet A-102, the new garage scope totaling 1-,395 square feet and including 3 garage bays or stalls is to be attached and accessed to the exÍstíng garage and mechanical room, correct? 2. Sheet A-103, labeled proposed upper level, appears to reflect a living addítion totaling 630 square feet which is accessed from the existíng ínterior residential second story living space, by an 3 x 8 ft door, correct? 3. Sheet A-103, depicting the 630 square ft addition has been amended to show two "unlabeled" room uses? How will those two rooms be occupied? ls it one office area? lf so, is the office proposed for private use only accessory to the main resídence? 4. Sheet A-103 depicting the 630 square ft addition appears to show (5) 4 ft 5 in x 5 ft 4 in windows, correct? Will each of these windows be "fixed" or otherwise unopenable? lf so, how will the addition be mechanically ventilated to provide ventilation in habitable living spaces 2015 IRC Section R303? (We are wondering as the accompanying elevation sheets are showíng fixed, rather than casement openings.... )5. On Sheets A-102 and A-103, there appears to be labeling for an attached primary residence, please confirm, if any, interior remodel renovation or alterations will take place within the existing portions of the habítable home.
