NOT REVIEWED AS AN ADU. STUDIO REVIEWED AS ACCESSORY LIVING SPACE
TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE (AND PRESUMED FOR PRIVATE USE ONLY). ANY
COMMERCIAL BUSINESS USE(S)OR CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY, WILL
FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR
