Brooke,
I would just like to add the image to the permit file to expand the construction area to include this.
Steve, is it worth revising the bond to add .7 acres?

Subject: Additional Temporary Use Area for the Xcel Rifle Questar Project
Good afternoon,
The Xcel Energy Rifle Questar project has found that they are in need of additional temporary use
area in order to accommodate construction. Since the area will only be used temporarily, grades will
not be permanently altered in the area. The area encompasses approximately 0.7 acres and is shown
in the attached mapping. What steps will we need to take with respect to the grading permit in
order to facilitate Xcel’s use of this area during construction? Can this area just be redlined in or will
a formal modification be needed?
Thank you,
Lily Montesano
