Since the area will only be used temporarily, grades will not be permanently altered in the area. The area encompasses approximately 0.7 acres and is shown in the attached mapping. What steps will we need to take with respect to the grading permit in order to facilitate Xcel’s use of this area during construction? Can this area just be redlined in or will a formal modification be needed?
