This memo is written at your request regarding reinforcement conditions at the concrete footings
and foundation for the above referenced project. All comments herein are based off of the
construction photographs provided by you. No in-person site observations took place for this
construction element.
These photos provide a rather limited view of footing reinforcement, and no foundation wall
reinforcement can be observed. I am unable to verify rebar size or exact spacings. Nor can footing
or foundation wall dimensions be determined. However, the information that can be obtained by
studying these photos appears to be in general conformance with the construction documents.
